Spectra Galaxy JA 256 - 50 AAA Printhead

The Spectra Galaxy JA 256 / 50 AAA is a high performance, robust and reliable jetting assembly designed for a wide range of large format printers with resolutions up to 600 dpi.

Four electrically independent piezoelectric discs, each with 64 addressable channels, are combined to provide a total of 256 nozzles. The nozzles are arranged in a single line with a native nozzle pitch of 0.010 inch.

The fluid interface and electrical connection are located at the top of the jetting assembly and multiple mounting configurations are possible.

This nozzle assembly incorporates serial to parallel converters to select which nozzles to fire; all nozzles can be fired simultaneously or individually.
