Emerald Sapphire QE-256-80 AAA Printhead

It is designed to eject adjustable 80 to 200 picolitre drops in binary jetting mode or an 80 picolitre basic drop in grey scale mode. This is achieved at a nominal drop velocity of 8 metres per second when jetting fluids in the 10 to 14 centipoise range. Uniquely flexible operating modes include adjustable binary drop size and greyscale capability. Robust, field-proven metal nozzle plate technology provides precise drop placement accuracy for a wide range of ink types, including UV-curable, solvent and aqueous.
